Working Principle and Process
The concrete h beam machine is a new type of prestressed concrete mechanical equipment. It is a machine for producing concrete fences or concrete wall posts. The machine can produce hollow, solid, reinforced, and non-reinforced concrete vertical posts or columns. This machine works on the principle of slip former and vibrating.
The equipment has many obvious features such as reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, flexible operation, low energy consumption, and high production efficiency. The H beam or columns are mainly used for supporting the wall panels in the structure of the concrete boundary wall. We can design the concrete h column machine o make the different sizes (thickness×width ) of the H beams or coulns to fit the different thickness of wall panels.
