Lightweight wallboard extruder machine introduction
The concrete wall panel extruder machine adopts the process of randomly tensioning and burying the upper and lower protective layer steel bars or pre-tensioning the upper and lower protective layer steel bars, using ordinary silica cement or silicate cement as gelling agent, low-carbon steel wire as reinforcing material, and expanded perlite, ceramsite, slag, fly ash, slag, river sand and other raw materials. It integrates the multiple processes required by the traditional manual drawing mold, ground mold or vertical mold board making process into one machine, and forms it in one time. The unique process reduces the product cost, improves the product quality and production efficiency, and is the core equipment for the production of lightweight partition boards.
Working principle of partition board extrusion machine
The concrete wall panel extruder machine integrates the materials, vibration, forming, and demoulding processes required for the production of lightweight partition boards: the main motor transmits power to the reduction box through the pulley, and the output shaft of the reduction box drives the spiral agitator to rotate in the molding cavity composed of its frame (wallboard), vibrator (vibrator) and pedestal; the lightweight mixture from the hopper is continuously transported to the molding cavity. Under the dual effects of the spiral agitator extrusion and the continuous vibration of the vibrator in the molding cavity, the lightweight mixture resonates and is continuously extruded and compacted to achieve the required shape, size and density. At the same time, the vibrated and compacted strips produce a reaction force on the rotating agitator, pushing the extruder forward continuously, thereby realizing continuous board making. The surface of the produced board is smoothed by the forming scraper at the tail of the machine.
