The T shape Concrete hollow core wall panel machine is an unconventional extruder machine for making the T shape precast components to connect and install the wall panels in the position of room corners. The T components are mainly connecting the common flat wall panels such as 90,100,120mm,150mm,200mm panels, etc. The machine can produce one line or two lines of T shape panels according to the T shape sizes or customers’ requirements.
The T wall panel machine work similarly to the normal flat wall panel extruder machine. It can make a very smooth and compact T joint wall panel with the extrusion process.etc.
The extrusion process involves feeding dry mix concrete onto rotation screws by means of a moving electric hopper. The screws force the concrete through shaping plates and out of the rear of the extrusion machine, while holes are forced into the concrete panels by circular mandrels, trailing behind the screw augers. During the process, the extrusion machine is propelled by the backpressure of the concrete and together with various vibrating plates.
